Abi

Manager

NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership.

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Training and Education.

Forest School Teacher. Food hygiene, Safeguarding and paediatric first aid.

Abi started her childcare career in 2001 in a nursery based in Worcester nursery in which she quickly progressed to deputy manager and then acting manager in her final year. During this employment Abi completed her forest school training and set up a Forest School on the nursery grounds, running up to 4 sessions a week.
Abi took a brief hiatus to train and develop other childcare professionals by becoming an NVQ assessor and then as a Learning and Developing Officer, writing and delivering CPD Courses to early years practitioners across the UK.
Abi has 3 children herself, 2 of whom attend secondary school.
Abi is a keen outdoorsperson and animal lover, often seen walking her 2 dogs, cheering her youngest on from the side-lines during football matches or riding horses with her daughter in the local countryside.

Lottie

Level 3 Early Years Education

SENCO. Designated Safeguarding Lead and Paediatric First Aid trained.

Lottie joined the nursery in 2012 where she qualified with her level 3 early years childcare NVQ. After having two children of her own Lottie returned to us in October 2020 leading the baby room. Lottie went on to have her third child in 2022 and has returned this year, taking on the Toddler Room and the next step in her career as Deputy Manager. Before going into childcare Lottie trained as a hairdresser and in theatrical makeup, which she still dabbles in her free time. Lottie is currently studying history at the Open University and is an avid gardener

Debbie

Pre-School Room Leader

Diploma in Pre-School practice, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid trained.

Debbie has been with the nursery for 20 years. In this time she has gained a Foundation degree in Community Care, a Diploma in Pre-School practice, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and is a qualified NVQ A1 assessor to help others in their childcare journeys.. She is additionally trained in Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene.
Debbie is an experienced mum herself and when not spending time with her own children and grandchildren, she enjoys building sculptures and doing anything arty.

Mina

Baby Room Leader

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid trained.

Mina moved from Greece to the UK and started her own family. After her children started education she began her career in childcare at the local school.
Prior to childcare Mina was a qualified surveyor and worked in architectural design.
Mina has been a Brownie leader for two years along with running messy church; a crafting and art group for primary aged children. In her spare time Mina loves walking dog and visiting her home in Greece.
